Pre-Inspections

According to California Tenant Landlord Law, landlords are now required to notify tenants of their right to a pre-inspection prior to the tenant moving out. Fireside Property Management offers a service to furnish all material and perform all labor necessary to complete the Pre-Inspection Service.

This service includes:

  • Notice is mailed
  • Inspection is complete within legal guidelines
  • Forms provided to tenant and owner*
  • Digital pictures provided on CD
  • *Forms provided are from the California Association of Realtor

Gardening Service

Fireside Property Management can provide service on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly basis. Services includes mowing, edging, weeding, hedge trimming, sweeping/blowing sidewalk and street gutters. Fireside Property Management will also provide written notice of any tenant violations observed by gardening staff during the time of service. All gardeners are independent contractors and will provide free bids on all new services.

All yard cleanups, fertilization, sprinkler repair, and aeration will be provided at an additional cost of time, materials, and dump charges.

Preventative Maintenance

Fireside Property Management maintains an extensive list of properly licensed vendors in a variety of professional trades. Our vendors can provide preventative maintenance service for your personal residence or your rental property. We can schedule to replace air filters, check caulk for leaks in the bathroom, clean gutters, or any other on going maintenance concerns. Please contact our office to setup a schedule for your property.
